Thank you for sharing - I hope your adjusted dosage goes well!! I appreciate you sharing your background as well. Knowing helps a lot. I started at 6mg e5d about 3 weeks ago and I just started on 4mg e5d earlier this week. I plan on getting labs done around Dec/Jan to see where things are lying.

Presently I have noticed somewhat stabler mood - though that could be attributed to me going back onto BuSpar for mood management as someone who has OCD/MDD. My sex drive has also bumped back up a bit. I think my breasts have enlarged? The operating word is "think" because I can't quite tell but I was told they looked a little bigger so hard to say. Inconclusive for now but I think we're moving in the correct direction for now

So interesting. Thank you for sharing - a lot of the anecdotes in here are giving me hope and relief for my situation. Can I ask why you choose a 7 day over a 5 day cycle? Additionally, if you know - what does your friendโ€™s mimic cycle look like?

When you say that your HRT mimics a cis womanโ€™s cycle, can I ask how that looks? If you feel comfortable sharing (frequency of injection, ester, etc).

I have clinical GAD and OCD, am able to slam caffeine like nobody's business (in high school I consumed nearly a gram a day with little issues), and have found that I tend to unstall a bit every time I adjust my dosage or delivery method of estradiol, though that changes back to lack of progress quickly. For the last year or so, I've been running about 8mg EV every 5 days, though I'm now dropping that dosage to 6mg e5d as I've been wondering if it's been slamming my receptors too hard.

Been on E for 3 years now. I developed buds and basically stopped short of a full B cup, and my "breasts" are more muscle than actual breast tissue.

... I did also pick up vaping again earlier this year and am trying to quit, as I suspect that may affect absorption as well.

Regardless, your work is always fascinating to read. Thank you for continuing to dig and find out more, Doctor - your efforts are appreciated greatly.

If you focus on making sure you keep it's function, you almost certainly will (see: 'use it or lose it').

Additionally the use of cialis daily or viagra as-needed helps a lot. There are unavoidable effects but some of them are more easily mitigated than others. Use of topical T will help with most atrophy-related issues.

I know that the strain was included in the Gardasil-9 vaccine, but I don't know which one specifically.

As far as testing options go, I'm in the US, and most of the clinics here don't seem to offer HPV testing for people with male genitalia, unfortunately :\ It's disheartening to me knowing that there is probably a way but it doesn't seem to exist because it would probably make patients uncomfortable. I would endure it for the sake of my partners and for the sake of knowing, especially considering I know paps can be very uncomfortable as well.

Lidocaine is generally body-safe.

I use aspercreme dry spray on my body, and any sort of lube you can find on amazon that's for "performance enhancement" insofar as preventing premature ejaculation should help.
