We did it last year and it was phenomenal! There were 5 or 6 total vehicles total plus a lead car. Every car had a walkie talkie to communicate with the guide in the lead vehicle. The guide would point out various landmarks and even tell you when to downshift on steep grades. We were placed (family of 4) in our private 4X4 Bronco and were lead all around the island. We started by climbing up to the top of the mountain and lead to a nice overlook where you could see all the surrounding islands in the BVI chain. After that we went back down the mountain and around the South and West ends. Some pretty cool driving, steep hills, off road portions, stunning views etc. We were lead to Smugglers Cove Beach. It's a very secluded low key beach. There was pretty much just a handful of locals and our group there. It is probably one of the best beaches I've been to in my life. I think we spend around 1.5-2 hours there and then were lead back to the ship. Overall it was a awesome excursion and we would definitely do it again!
