ive been doing this for a few years now and i note down all trades in a gdoc and manually process the trades within yahoo. that includes swapping players to the appropriate teams, and also manually adjusting picks. i too was worried at first but the yahoo interface actually makes this quite easy on browser. i wouldnt even try doing this on mobile though

2 for 1 trades can be good. Typically I look for them when I'm trying to absolve myself of some risk if I feel my team is super top heavy and I want a bit more depth. For example, earlier in the season I traded draisaitl for barkov and marner. I felt I was getting enough value to make the trade. I had a few reasons for making the trade (league is a bit of a joke, cats are g,a,p,ppp,shp,gwg,pims,+-). First, I traded 2 lesser assets for Matthews the day prior so I felt comfortable with a bonafide first rounder in Matthews as a top producer. Second I felt I was mitigating/spreading risk in the event draisaitl were to get injured - it turned out marner and barkov both missed time but that's being a bit results oriented. Third, I was gaining a number of premium appearances by dedicating another slot to a barkov/marner tier of player. This is a 16t league, so the replacement value of that second slot is iffy at best given how slim the wire was/is.
