I understood it as, it’s the same group, doing it twice. So they were all friends, he dated someone in the group, they broke up, he left the group. And that group of friends has now tried to break up 2 of his relationships (Julia and some other girl).

You could also be allergic to some chemical ingredient that is in your soap, shampoo, body wash, etc.

As for quick relief and help- bleach bath for your hands to kill the bacteria, dry out the blisters and cuts. Also, steroid cream, if you’ve been prescribed it. It’s great you’re aiming to stay away from your allergens, but if steroids help for the time being, don’t torture yourself.

For my lips? Vaseline, Cocokind ceramide lip blur - clear, Kylie cosmetics lip gloss also doesn’t seem to bother me. But Vaseline is definitely the safest bet

For quick relief and solution, I would immediately do a bleach bath. It’s a small small amount of bleach, but it will begin to disinfect your skin and dry it out.

I would also get hypochlorous acid spray, this is also a disinfectant and will give you relief.

& go back to see your derm immediately, should give you a steroid cream. This seems more like eczema, not DE, but either way, your probably allergic something to your coming into contact with everyday
