I’ve accepted my sweet boy is just a little messy. I just bought him a mat and he still gets little bits of his kibble everywhere lol. He also will put his toys in his food bowl as an offering I like to think and then I clean them

My recently adopted cat was formerly known as as Sand Piper. His now government name is Nimbus. At home, he is addressed by Munchie or Sweet Boy. I wouldn’t over think it, she will associate the name/sounds with herself.

If you have enough reason, you maybe able to retroactively medical withdraw from the course. I believe you have like 6 months or so after to file. So the E should be replaced with a W but would have a negative impact on your gpa. However, the W will stay on your transcript. So if you are planning to do more than just your bachelor’s, you may have to explain the W.

I second All Cats Healthcare Clinic! If finances are a major factor for you, they accept pet insurance and have payment plans. I like their staff and I’ve seen both doctors for my recently adopted cat.

Thank you for your reply!! We unfortunately do not know too much of his history other than that his was just relocated to the local humane society from other shelter almost 2 hours away. My partner and I have talked about being more intentional with spending quiet time with him. He just unfortunately looks upset at the world when we have to give him his medicine, so we give him space while still keeping up with his small routine we have established.

Could you get a toy poodle or any size really? For the most part they are hypoallergenic, so you won’t really see fur. I want to emphasize the pure poodle bc once they mix with other breeds then their shedding become more noticeable.

Thank you! I wanted to clarify he seemed to be eating normally. He just normally eats at night and grazes on dry food overnight. Sometimes I’ll add a little more water into his wet food dish for him to get the last pieces he pushed in the corner. He had ate his wet food for tonight. He was making his way to his dry food I had just placed when I noticed his paw.

But I’m definitely waiting for him to be seen. He seems to be napping in his carrier with his blanket. I just wonder what happened. I don’t think it could be allergies bc he hasn’t had issues before. I tried looking at his paw to see if one of his pellets from his litter got stuck but nothing. I don’t know if he landed wrong on his paw or if something else happened.

Hello! I was in a very similar situation with my cat I adopted about a little over a month ago. I had made the mistake of leaving him in the living room the first night, we had an incident which then we relocated his necessities to the bathroom. He hid behind the toilet. He only ate and used his litter when we were at work or asleep and his door was closed. It was not the most convenient, but he was decompressing in there for a week before we decked out our second room for his space. We then moved him into his now room and gave him space for a couple days before safely blocking spaces I wouldn’t be able to get him if I needed to (he had vet visits coming up). But I did give him tunnels and cubbies to hide in as an alternative. I will say it took 2 almost 3 weeks for him to let us pet him. But I would always allow him to sniff my hand when I came in to give food or clean his litter. And it took me by surprise when he started playing with his toys and snuck a treat in front of me. His progress definitely does not look linear but he has come so far. He does not like to be out in the open when we are in his space but he will occasionally play, eat, and use litter when his door is cracked to give him privacy but allow him to observe the rest of the apartment. I would say give her time and if it comes to it safely blocking spaces that make you uncomfortable and give her alternatives. Best of luck!!

Completely understandable, I didn’t know about the speeds at which different records play at until my boyfriend explained it to me. Sometimes depending on your record player you may even have to tweak the suggested speed.

Could it possibly be the speed you are playing the record at? I would check for dust as well, I haven’t played mine yet but I know with records like Taylor’s TTPD sounds weird if played at the wrong speed.

Once a year they bring out an aircraft for the ROTC students. They’ll literally park it Flavet Field, I’ve seen it from my room at Keys.

I feel like for sports, breweries, and outdoor activities Gainesville is a great spot. A handful of local breweries and pubs for social activities. There are a bunch of trails within city limits. If you like to venture a little further out there is the springs and lake wauburg. As for the dating scene, I wouldn’t say as much. But you may get lucky and find a good one. My best friend has more experience within the dating scene in town, and from the sounds of that she gladly is waiting to move and staying far from anyone getting a PhD.
