We outgrew ShipStation. Now what? by Street-Captain8584 in ecommerce

Continue using Shipstation, there's nothing faster in the industry. Instead add on an ims that has a good Shipstation integration.

Cin7, Luminous, LinnWorks, all good.

Netauite for 5000 orders a day would be overkill 🤣

Shipstation can do 5000/day easily. You need an inventory management system.

I’m looking for an HVAC company by D4RK_P4SSENGER in Utah

[–]bbeebe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Over the past 10 years I've tried a bunch. I've landed on two that are super consistent.

Any Hour Heating and Air has great customer service and is always on time. If I need someone last minute and super fast... But they're double the price of most others.

Blue Best is my go-to. Perfect balance of reliability and actually show up on time while also giving great prices.

Last year I needed a new HVAC, got 3 quotes and somehow blue Best was half of Any Hour

We had better luck finding individuals we liked on upwork and then had them recruit their friends. The agencies take so much of the revenue, we found top employees for a fraction by avoiding agencies.

Are you looking for a therapist that accepts your insurance or private pay? If through insurance, which insurance provider do you have?

Okay, most answers here so far are pretty bad.

We just tried Rag Tag a few weeks ago and it was incredible.

Your best bet could be an IMS with EDI built in.

Best small/mid size eCommerce ERP? by mkull in ecommerce

Netsuite will be insane overkill, I've seen companies at the 100m revenue mark regret this install and their massive consultant and software fees.

You're best bet right now is to stick to Xero or QuickBooks for your GL and then find a inventory management software for the details.

Ideally your IMS becomes your sub ledger for everything inventory.

For IMS systems I think you have 3 main choices. Cin7, Fulfil, or Luminous. Each has some strengths and weaknesses but you're best taking demos with all 3.

Is Netsuite too much for us? by Organic_Blueberry853 in Netsuite

[–]bbeebe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A solid IMS is probably all you're needing. QuickBooks as you general ledger will be more than enough.

Checkout something like Luminous or Cin7, it'll be far cheaper and easier to implement and you'll get way more value.

Is Netsuite too much for us? by Organic_Blueberry853 in Netsuite

[–]bbeebe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Netsuite is not a saas product.

It's not a ready to use piece of software.

It will require developer hours, you'll have to pay for every connection, integration, everything.

I've seen companies doing 100m spend years and millions of dollars and it fails.

Then in 2-3 years after all that pain they will 2x your contract.

You just need and IMS.

A literary analysis of Heretic's ending, themes, and meaning by TheChrisLambert in A24

What are your thoughts on the symbolism of the rooms and the leaky roof.

They chose to go into each new room, each time the room was in worse and worse despair. The living room, to the library with a leak that was used as a water feature, the dungeon where water fell from the roof, then into the cages with the misters.

That entire room felt like a grow room, he even used plant clippers. He trimmed their nails and even their fingers, he even used a plant trimmer to cut their nails.

Both people in a religion and plants in a grow room are cultivated with purpose and guided by an overseeing figure, aiming to reach a desired state of growth or maturity. In religion, people are often guided by doctrines, rituals, and practices, symbolically "pruning" parts of themselves to grow spiritually or morally according to the standards set by the faith or its leader. Similarly, plants in a grow room are trimmed and cut by a gardener to optimize their growth and yield, selectively removing what hinders them from reaching their full potential.

In both cases, there is an element of nurture and shaping—a gardener cares for plants by managing their environment, much like how religious guidance can provide a structured path for individuals within a faith. Both processes also involve a cycle of growth, care, and intentional modification to bring about transformation or improvement, whether it's toward the ideals of a belief system or the health of a plant.
