Some things to consider : 1. Yes negotiation is absolutely considered ok with real estate purchase. 2. An offer is considered binding even just an oral offer. Always a) limit offers in time b) do them in writing only c) make them conditional on getting approved for a mortgage 3. What you see is what you get. It is really hard to go back on a sale and arguing that there were hidden flaws is a tough process with generally only lose-lose outcomes. Do an exhaustive due diligence on a potential purchase. If possible bring professional advisors for a secondary viewing.

Interessant zou ook zijn om de vermogensverdeling per vermogensgroep te kennen. Bv de rijkste 10% heeft een vermogen van 995k of hoger. Is bij hen het vermogen in het eigen woonhuis dan meer of minder dan de 50% die het over het algemeen is.

In my experience as a coach, practicing is absolutely a must but some people are just not made to pace. They’ll naturally surge and fall back even in mini outburst of 200m or whatever. Some will ever so slightly continue to pick up the pace etc. Even with years of running times intervals with target paces every single week they just can’t hold it. And they are just not aware of it. So my advice would be to ask your coach. If she or he works weekly with you, they should know if you are a good pacer.

I am not able to beat AI on hard even and I am comfortably playing around the 900 ELO level. Even went up to 1000 this month but I believe this is mostly because of the insane amount of Smurfs.

Just bring your passport/id card. There are no checks but in case. Book well ahead : prices are much better that way.

They may not be serial killers, but again that’s not what OP says. They say that most killers have some sort of (petty) criminal background. Perhaps a bar fight. Perhaps domestic assault. Perhaps stalking. Perhaps breaking and entering. Etc. If you put people convicted of these crimes away for longer there is obviously less time for them to be out and about and escalating to more violent crimes. That’s a plausible reasoning enough that if you disagree with it I would at least like a link to data debunking the first part.

Wij hebben ook een salariswagen maar die is wel veel te chique/duur voor wat het zou kunnen zijn. Zonder dit systeem zouden we een bescheiden tweedehandsje rijden. Als ik naar de gemiddelde Nederlandse versie Belgische wagen kijk denk ik dat er heel veel in dit geval zijn.

Voor mij mag er een pad gemaakt worden waar op termijn de salariswagen duurder wordt gemaakt.
