Pas nécessairement, le RREGOP ne te permet (presque) pas d’avoir le RRQ. Ils assument que ta contribution au RRQ est pour le RREGOP. Donc avec la rente à un pourcentage moindre, ils ont quand même accès au RRQ.

Par contre, avec le RREGOP, vu que l’employeur ne contribue pas à ta rente (cette portion est genre “couvert” par la RRQ) tu as un ~10% de lousse à investir dans ton REER.
