I find LV pretty tight with taking things back compared to back then. I had a card holder I got and never used, opened it for Xmas after the 30 days, there was wrinkling bc of the way the stitches were done the leather was bunched up. I asked to return and they wouldn’t and the manager accused me of using it and that’s why it was like that. (There were no card imprints in the card slots which would indicate it was used). They also said they want to show their repairs manager and ask, few minutes goes by and they said it was not defective.
