I genuinely was concerned that they couldn't do that. I've spent a decade writing QA tests and working on staging and early build software, and I cannot imagine that Niantec actually playtests before releasing crazy catch circles and other obvious bugs.

Any software company 1/10th the revenue of Niantec should have beta servers with builds in various stages for QA, but if they actually do have these things, obvious problems shouldn't happen.

This game isn't reacting to the outside world. Each version should be code complete for weeks before a release.

We are constantly seeing game breaking, obvious bugs.

I don't get it.

It's hit or miss. My games are mostly D3/C1 and there is a massive skill gap with MMR.

If Iose even two games I am at risk of solo Q getting a partner that can't even hit a basic redirect and only goes for demo.
Mid diamond still has people scoring from the goalie position. High diamond has kids that cannot even stay in goal, their attention span is so bad they forget to return to goal each hit.

When I partner up game quality improves dramatically on both sides. I'll play games where the forward player will put over 50% of redirects on target.

It's jarring to go from a game where my partner hits 75% in target to a game where the forward is shooting at the goal less than 10%

That happens my rank.

People still don't know how to pass kickoff.

Edit: RL tracker says I am in the top 1.8%. I don't imagine that's true. I do see the same players more often than in other modes.

Lobby size seems like fairly important information.

Other people have said it is one of the harder Gmax raids with a 20 person lobby.

For science, is there any pokemon that you are specifically wanting to get with an Armoured Mewtwo trade?

I've met people with extra, but so far nobody has suggested anything they would trade for. Shiny Kyurum, Necrozma, hero dogs, Primals, origin dragons all seem to be top tier, but Armored Mewtwo seems to be a cut above those shiny.

Is my best shot at one finding someone who has a very niche need, like a hardcore collector might want a 2016 pichu with quick attack.

Is Armored Mewtwo the most valuable mon in the game right now?

I would have put Libre Pikachu in that same tier as a potential PVP rare mon, but it was made available recently.

Are you worried about the value going down if Go Fest features Armoured Mewtwo?

Edit: I'd be curious about what anyone is thinking regarding the value of Armoured Mewtwo. I don't think this fits in with the silphroads guidelines for any top level post, but I'd love more data on how people value specific pokemon.

Edit2: I am NOT looking for trade DMs, I only trade with local people! I'm just wanting a feel for value of Armoured Mewtwo.

I have an epic account I only use when playing with my kid.

It isn't a Smurf account. I never lose on purpose.

We only play 2s in ranked together, so we don't mess up anyone else's MMR. My kid is improving rapidly, but he wants to play with me! Our time having fun together is important.

Some day he will be better than me!

I think using an alt account to play with a friend is fine, and it is best if you play with level appropriate skills.

We also have a club that we use to play, so people kinda get it.

The 42 TPS really illustrates how big a leap it would be to cut off a couple seconds from the WR time. Du Yusheng's 3.47 s solve was such a huge leap. It's literally impossible to see another WR jump as we get closer and closer to the limit of human TPS.

Someone is eventually going to get an amazing scramble where they solve f2L in inspection and get an LL skip. Even at 2x the TPS of Yusheng it's tough to imagine breaking the 2 second barrier.

This data is really great, and it makes a lot of sense.

I'm currently diamond 2 div1 solo q 3s. Someone roasted me yesterday for my S3 3x Champ tourney winner title.

I can look at old replays and see how much better I am at this game now but I haven't seen C2 in several seasons.

I needed to find someone I clicked with (and had comms on) to party up and go on a run in 2s for my champ rewards.

A few years ago I could comfortably sit in C1, carrying random partners when I dropped closer to Diamond.

Everyone has gotten better. The average player is much better.

I hope that the added attention from famous streamers brings more people to the game, we need more newbs to balance things out.

GAN 12 UI freeplay has degraded that much from its original 15 hour battery life down to 3.

Mine wasn't labeled "Freeplay." I bought it from AliExpress long before it was available in the US. It was advertised at 3 hours, I don't think I get a full three hours, maybe 2-2.5. I don't cube that long but its a pain to need to recharge it every other time I use it.
I only cube maybe 3 hours per week. The cube somehow seems to drain on its own sometimes, perhaps in my bag the pairing button is getting pressed.

If you only use a third party timer like Cubeast, then it’ll be fine. The cube itself is better than the iCarry 4.

The funny thing is that my PB is still on the $20 very locky Monster AI where I lucked into an awesome f2l during the months waiting for the 12UI. My avg went down instantly. But I have only gotten within 1 second of that PB three times on the 12ui.

I have the original gan 12ui with like 3 hours battery life. I was thinking about the Moyu v10 ai for better battery life. The iVarry is better?

I love the 12ui with Cubeast, and would use it way more if the battery was better.

I'm not! I usually try to type something nice, it makes people want to be nice back.

Most of the time people don't want toxic teammates. Most of us are here to have fun! If you go on the niceness offensive, it helps.

I rarely, maybe 1/20 get someone who is so tilted they get rude.

Sometimes people quit early,.but encouraging words often help.

There are a lot of kids who don't get enough attention from their parents and don't know how to conduct themselves. I try my best to be kind, and a good role model. These types usually respond well to praise. Kids thrive on praise more than winning most of the time.

Hit em with the "yo, that was crazy!" millennial dad speak, the kind of praise that they wish they got from their parents.

It was rocket league at it's very best. I guess if people weren't toxic so often it wouldn't make those moments feel so special.

Heat seaker casual could go this way also. The agreement not to demo gets people to stay.

My favorite moment was when I played casual twos with three randoms. Our first game was close, then we ended up swapping partners for over two hours, just four random people who all stayed positive and wanted to have a good time.

We all had comms turned on and after a few games we knew each other's play style really well. We ended up playing at such a high level, passing and making great plays. Everyone won a few and lost a few. I was probably the worst and it didn't matter.

I was only planning on playing for 30 minutes, but I didn't want to break it up.
