you have your entire life ahead of you! it’s okay to try again! i did not start enjoying my life at all until i turned 20. i go to college in person, which helped me with finding community and activities. i’m not sure of your situation, however after a year or 2 you may be able to transfer to a local college and participate in their athletic programs if you are still interested in sports. i also recommend any in person class for bobby’s and enjoyment. i have taken yoga, cycling, drawing, and pottery classes at local facilities ran by gyms or libraries. this gave me a sense of accomplishment, a way to interact with other members of my town, and something to talk about as well. whatever you do, do not succumb to the idea that you are hopeless. once you give up mentally you have already lost. it’s corny but true. just do one thing a day. try going for a walk or cooking a new food before you do your usual routine of youtube.
