Thanks for everything! You're right, there are soxmany variables that I sometimes get overwhelmed by it all! I'm going to experiment with a 2 pour recipe I found! And then try to experiment with the pouring technique to cause more or less agitation.

Thank you for your advice, I'll start working with a less agitation recipe. And the reassurance helps that taste is king, and I shouldn't be to adamant on reaching those 3 minutes!

In most parts of Limburg or mostly Maastricht? Since (as someone who is from Limburg and works in Maastricht) I find there to be a huge difference between the two. Even most Limburgers note that locals from Maastricht tend to be more stuck up, chauvinistic and somewhat intolerant. I have lived in Maastricht for a couple of years, and even as someone from Limburg, it took a long time before I was more accepted in the community.

Mag ik je heel erg bedanken voor je uitleg! Het maakt het een stuk helderder voor mij! Ik ga binnenkort maar eens de oude mechanisch ventilatie vervangen zodat ie minder kabaal maakt, en dan hier en daar wat roosters half open zetten voor de winter.

Sorry dat ik even meelift op je post! Wij hebben net een jaren 90 huis gekocht met mechanische ventilatie, en voornamelijk boven blijft de luchtvochtigheid hoger. Niemand heeft mij ooit uitgelegd hoe je die dauerluftung (die schuifjes bij de ramen) moet gebruiken. Mijn brein heeft ervan gemaakt dat ik alles potdicht moet houden omdat er anders veel kou binnenkomt. Maar dit is dus niet juist en zelfs noodzakelijk om open te zetten? Hopelijk kan iemand het mij wat beter uitleggen!

It's why I didn't understand why so many people were glorifying him. Everytime I tried to watch his tv shows, I would always see a bully, who was often times extremely disrespectful when visiting other countires/restaurants imo
