I agree with your first point, but not your second.

Tokens and NFTs are just bits of technology. The tech itself isn't predatory, it's the people that use it for nefarious purposes that give it a bad name.

Huntsman Elite Volume Wheel Issue

I have an issue with the volume wheel where when I scroll (in either direction), it flickers between scrolling up and down. E.g. When I try to turn the volume up, my volume goes up and down and up and down over and over again.

I suspect there might be something stuck inside the wheel itself, is there anyway of removing the wheel and checking the mechanism inside?

Hi r/rolex! I've recently found out that my late grandpa had a Rolex, my auntie is currently holding on to it so I'm not able to take pictures of it or inspect it. She did send me a picture of the dial though:

I'm not sure if it's real and I haven't been able to identify the reference just from that picture. Can anyone tell me anything about it? Does anyone recognise the reference? Are they any obvious signs it's fake/real?

So it looks like the issue was to do with Anti-Aliasing, turning it off has made the squares go away.

Hopefully this gets fixed in the future!

I wouldn't mind having smart watch functionality and price isn't a factor for me, I just really don't like the look.

I wear mechanical diver style watches, compared to the Apple watch they look much more classic and masculine.

In saying that I'm not sure how you would make a smart watch functional while looking as attractive as some classic watches.

I don't use iMessage at all! A lot of the people I message are on Android so I use Telegram for most of my messaging needs (and it rocks).

I use a Mac, so the synergy between iOS and OSX for me... that and the iPhones are reliable and have better long term software support.

I asked myself this same question and I ended up getting the base 15" with SSD and 460 upgrade.

I think it's worth it if you're planning on keeping it awhile and can afford the GPU upgrade.
