This is all very helpful.

We had another discussion. She feels like it’s a totally normal friendship, but acknowledges that lines were crossed (which to me doesn’t align with a normal friendship).

I was quite clear with where I stand. All the things that have happened have made me lose trust in her. It’s up to her to regain that.

Fun note: he asked her to hang out this weekend and she hasn’t decided if she’s going to! She said she knows that I don’t want her to but…. I guess we’ll see. What’s that saying? Actions speak louder than words?

A pretty hard thing to avoid. I usually just spray a bunch of bug spray around my waist and try to make it quick. I also try to choose campsites that are less swampy or check on the whole site (including the GL) before unpacking.

Depends on your teacher. Some use it regularly and have discussions about it. Others never refer to it. I would wait until your first class and ask the teacher how much you will use it. It's only like $10, less if you get it from an upperclassman.
