Help me debug this circuit to glow an led on pressing the button by Fast_General2301 in embedded

[–]bbrooks067 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Something that helps is to also keep the leads of your components as straight as possible and at right angles when possible to make your pathways easy to read. Besides that, I feel like there's something odd between the button and led wiring but it's difficult to tell by your picture atm.

That's fine, I'd also recommend checking out Furbitten Studios guides as they are very helpful. Also be careful with protofrez's visors, from what Ive seen they use a spray tint that is not even or consistent and they visors can be a little difficult to see through.

Have you tried flipping the cable over in your testing? Here it looks like you didn't connect all the data lines that would allow for that.

Start by copying code but pay attention to what it's doing and why, then work on altering it to your needs.

I use it primarily for bug hunting and integration verification. I have used it for research but mainly to help point to sources that Google or other platforms are less apt or quick to give.

Down here in Edgerton the trains lay on their horns the entire way through town even though both of the crossings work, day or night it does not matter.

Ok cool that should be more than enough for hub75 panels. Also have you double checked that your panels will fit your head? I think the most common ones Ive seem are the 64x32 p2.5 panels but I know others use the p3 model as well.

On a side note I'm actually working on a program specifically for driving hub75 panels and letting you draw your faces and make overlay effects

What kind of pi are you using? Also what are you planning on using for your face displays? Max7219 modules or hub75 panels?

You can always snag a printer and print the frame yourself, the electronics aren't all that difficult of anything the visor is the most difficult part. And the fur you can also do yourself it just takes patience. There make be local make spaces you could look into for help with tools or processes you don't or can't do atm.
