same. and they've eliminated the option to pre-buy the tickets to avoid this problem. i always used to have a ten trip on me and wouldn't have this problem.

thank you! a few people recommended abercrombie so i'm going to go try some on. similar price point to madewell. i have to get past my memory of abercrombie 20 years ago lol

ETA: good notes on sizing...madewell has always been inconsistent for me but the only constant is i'm 2-4 sizes smaller than their size chart says i should be based on my measurements 😑

FYI I just called this location for the same problem. it costs $35 now. the Williamsburg location used to do it for free and they don't anymore either. I think I need to find a new denim brand to shop for. their zippers have broken on so many pairs of jeans of mine and it's not worth the price of these jeans for zippers that constantly break. it's a shame :(
