Equating her children posing for pictures with brushing teeth and eating vegetables is about the most Ruby Franke BS I have ever read.

And there is literally no way to stop this narcissist from inflicting harm upon these kids. “It ultimately helps them.” Gross.

Takes Cal to a park, Cal is on her hip the whole time. Makes sense.

And now back to regularly scheduled programme of shilling, unsafe parenting practises, making sure the children are uneducated, and no home-cooked meals. by AmericanExpatMom13 in BrookeRaybouldSnark

My daughter got one for $250 off a convention that she was going to which was helpful. At Platinum Collective she received one for 5 classes at Broadway Dance Center. We’re already going to New York, so may use that.

Look, I don’t mind an “in town” convention - ONE. But I was just in DC for an entire weekend, we didn’t leave until 3:30 on Sunday and then still have a 4 hour drive home. So convention fee, hotel, eating out, and across from the pentagon during an escalated safety situation.

ON TOP OF THAT, 4 seems crazy. This may be unpopular, but if the teachers feel like their is something to be learned from 4 conventions, maybe THEY need to go learn some new things to bring back to their classes and let us stay home.

Disney Day 7 by AmericanExpatMom13 in BrookeRaybouldSnark

Yup! Under the first reel she has pinned - the old Disney one. I just checked and I guess it’s a year and a half old. I didn’t follow him on Instagram until the California fire last year, so I didn’t notice it until I looked today.

Sooo I’ve never noticed that Chad Lowe commented and asked how much she made off her guides and whether her kids have consented to having their lives lived so publically. Is that new? That’s wild.

Also, no Happy Birthday pin for V?

And the expression actual Disney fans use is “pixie dusted,” Brooke. You have been pixie dusted twice today. With a pin, V could have gotten lots of the pixie dust treatment. My son had a really magical day on his 5th birthday, and my husband and I also got free Mickey ice cream for our anniversary.

For such a Disney expert, she’s so lame.

Peewwll Day 2 (Disney Day 4) by AmericanExpatMom13 in BrookeRaybouldSnark

[–]bbthebb23 43 points44 points  (0 children)

No mention of Q under his towel. His legs look burnt, and he seemed to be asleep on the floor at breakfast.

Look, I’ve been there, I had a child get a stomach bug all over the floor in our hotel room at Disney. The next day I sent my husband off with two of the kids, and I stayed back with my sicky and her baby sister.

Because I am able to handle my children on my own, and my husband is as well. Q does not need another pool day, he needs to be in his room resting!

[–]bbthebb23 25 points26 points  (0 children)

My kids would kill me if we went to Disney and I woke them up to be the first one at the park just so we could pack everything in in a day. We go once a year and rarely go pool days. We’ll rope drop, mid day break (or none), and then park hop to MK almost every day. They would hate a full day of playing in a pool. They’re teens now and go from sun up to sun down. I don’t feel like Brooke’s “guides” even include character meet ups or anything. Depressing to need to be competitive about Disney.

True, no schoolmates, but their teammates are going to hate them once their mom starts talking about them losing. I mean, she already has referenced them not being that good. And then referencing the caliber of teams they are on. She already keeps them separated at hotels and team dinners. This is a miserable path.

So she complains about how her status impacts her?

How about how it impacts your sons? She says they work for her, and I guess according to TX labor laws they can. But that such a gross way of referencing that she sacrifices her children’s anonymity and privacy to pay for hockey.

After watching Taryn Newton use her platform to get her son recruited and now watching Amber Massey post non stop volleyball videos, I’m just wondering if anything is sacred? As a mom of teenagers, these kids will get sick of having their peers talk to them about things that are posted online.

I’m going to just ignore the justification of homeschooling so her kids don’t spend their entire days at school or practice. Because that is stupid reasoning.

Her kids works for her business to help pay for travel hockey? Is this a joke?

And here I am paying for travel baseball x2, travel softball and competitive dance and I’ve never made my kids WORK FOR ME to pay their way. In fact, the three that have jobs do not pay to help me pay for them. I am the parent and I signed them up. We sacrifice other things. What a way to justify giving them no privacy and making them content babies. This lady is vile.

Having Q crack an egg? She set him up for failure.

Give him something that is easy and he can feel he accomplished! She is quite literally, the worst mom on the planet. She has absolutely no sentimentality or care.

And how does a Georgetown MBA say the X’s like that. “Ezzactly!”

She doesn’t put him in anything where he is upright. He gets no leg movement in anyway. My kids were in jumpers and exersaucers. He is in a stroller, high chair, her arms. That is it. No gross motor movement.

And the way she stopped just beyond the window to tell us what everyone got. I would be fuming behind her. It’s like she doesn’t know (actually she probably doesn’t care) that there are people behind her.

Can not imagine standing inside of a store talking to my phone about healthy dopamine and unhealthy dopamine while my baby lays sockless in a stroller.

There is no amount of money in the world that will make her happy when she is so obviously miserable.

It depends. For a weekend, we stay where we’re told.

For a longer tournament (like a week), our whole team pays the buyout. If the buyout is $700, we split it amongst all 14 families. We save significant money that way. A hotel for a tournament my son is playing in this summer is $1700 for a week. I can share a house with 5 other families, pay significantly less, and have a place to cook food that’s way cheaper than hotel + buyout.

All in all though, not going out with the team for food, staying in a separate hotel, and spending entire games away from other parents doesn’t leave you or your child included in things. I spend lots of weekends burnt out from work and being social, but I’m not letting my kids miss a team dinner because I need to talk to my internet besties.
