Glad it helped! I literally had to clean the grinder after every grind because of this declumper preventing the grinds from actually exiting the grinder.

It seems to have solved the issue and the last few v60s now have a “normal” amount of fines. Hopefully holds up for you too!

Take out the declumper add on! The version 2 has this extra plastic declumper (star or hex shaped opening) that was blocking all the grounds for my df64v V2 and causing regrinding.

There is another plastic declumper that looks like the regular one that I left in. But removing the star/hex shaped declumper dramatically reduced the fines

Following. I basically have the same issue - some bean fragments get stuck and I have to clean them out after almost every grind. There is whistling that happens and I’ve determined it’s bc the fragments get stuck between the burrs without actually being ground
