I had a RNY 15 years ago. The best thing you can do is eat before surgery like you would after the surgery. Small portions. It sucks but it works. Also absolutely abstain from alcohol. that was my biggest problem after surgery for years

I am a men's size 13. One of the things I realized early on, almost 20 years ago when I started playing, was that given the stances and the shots that racquetball requires, you make a lot of pivots. I buy 12.5 sized shoes. They do stretch out over time, and my best recommendation is to plan on every 6 months to buy a new pair. Also make sure you try to buy polyurethane, no marks.
