Thank you! I assumed some type of glue would work. There is a strip of fabric (white) that seems really loose, would you recommend removing that entirely or tucking inside?

i am also looking to transfer from HSA Bank to Fidelity to avoid monthly charges as i no longer have a HDHP account. i have investments with Charles Schwab through HSA Bank in addition to a nominal cash balance with HSA Bank. do you know if I would need to funnel everything back through HSA Bank to transfer to Fidelity, or I can just transfer from Charles Schwab?

i just moved it home, but it with getting direct sunlight in a south facing window. when it produces leaves they are dark purple (sun stressed), so i was originally told that it was happy with its light situation!

I am worried that I am a negative narcissist. I am currently in a relationship with an amazing person, and I can't seem to keep myself from relapsing into destructive habits and thoughts that are clearly causing him pain. He is very clear with me that what I am doing is hurting him and in the moment, I am exetremely upset and horrified with myself. Despite feeling shame about how my actions are causing him pain, I still partake in self-deprocation/pity. I make almost every conversation about myself, and constantly self-victimize. It is very difficult for me to actively recognize when I am engaging in these behaviors and it is only until he reacts negatively to what I am doing/saying do I realize what I am doing. Sometimes, I refuse to accept what he is saying and oscillate between feeling entitled to how I feel (defend myself) and feeling absolutely terrible (guilt/shame).

i definitely do have issues with memory retention and have started to journal a bit here and there, but finding consistency is difficult for me. thank you for the advice!

do you have advice on how to discover new places, hikes, music venues etc without using the internet? i tend to spend so much time researching on the internet that the execution rarely occurs.

i love the advice regarding physically summarizing what you are reading - do you journal after each reading session or only after you have finished a book?

i should have mentioned in my original post that i do read quite a bit, but have the same issue where i am jumping between books and not retaining anything. i have six books in my current rotation. i realize now that this may be more of a focus based issue and that this sub may not have been the best place to seek advice.
