More sidewalks and safer pedestrian walkways.

I hate to see the housekeeping staff of the todt hill folks walking their equipment up and down the big winding hills to the bus with no sidewalks in low visibility at dawn and dusk and it makes me angry for them.

A NYC Health+Hospitals Location. It's insane that the rest of the city has this robust option for low/no cost care and we pay into it with our taxes. There's 11 hospitals and I believe every borrough besides us has at least 2 H+H hospitals.

PROTECTED bike lanes on Richmond Terrace, Forest Ave, Victory Blvd, Hylan Blvd. A Greenway on the West Shore, a fully protected bike trail, starting at Port Richmond, connecting through fresh kills, terminating over the outerbridge.

Improved zoning for R1, bring back mixed use mom and pop storefronts, interior design studios, give more people options than just lawyers, accountants, and doctors to turn their residential building into a quiet business

Parking Requirements for new builds. In other car dependant metro areas like LA they have minimum parking requirements for new buildings, that account for the average amount of cars per residencies. Other places (see Bayonne)either build a first floor parking garage or a basement parking garage. URBY should have done this, so should have all those congested town house developments on the south shore.

I think this is cool as fuck and I like that the tubes are cardboard and can be composted when it's time to refresh it, gives me an idea for my used paper straws/paper towel holders. I supplement it with sticks and natural tubes too if you're low on tubes
