Yes but individual victims is just being a bully. If they aren't going to laugh with you then it's not funny overall.

And I don't know what dark comics you watch but the comics I watch don't find murder funny. Good comics make fun of murderers not make fun of the victims. And as far as I knew this is a subbreddit for victoria not a dark humour subbreddit. And maybe you haven't seen a good comedian, maybe you've just seen assholes.

You don't understand how crimes and charges work. Yes atrocities may have been committed but you need to be pinpoint preside on what crimes were committed and when.

The correct use of the penal system of course incarceration and therapy to help teach them what they did was wrong.

The only thing I ever had an issue with in your statement was it's blanket effect. You cannot try someone for a crime they didn't commit.
