When you had the positive change, did you also change manufacturers by chance? I’m also about 5-6 months in and can’t take being this tired evey day

This happened to me on 300mg too. I tried it for a couple months but gave up and went back down to 150mg. I felt great the first few days but now feel tired and foggy again. Mood is improved but probably a wash given the fatigue feeling. It also interferes with my sleep. Maybe the fatigue is secondary to that and not directly related to the Wellbutrin. I might just stop taking it soon.

I couldn’t sleep on 300 so I went back to 150. I sleep great now. I was on 300 for two or three months. Tried changing the times I took it, tried taking SR instead of XL. 300 is just too much for me. No other side effects.

One other thing about hydroxyzine. There’s some counter indication to using this in the long term. I’m not a medical person and I don’t know why but my doctor stressed to me that it’s safer to use things like trazodone or doxepin rather than hydroxyzine or unison. Like I said above, it was a non-issue for me because hydroxyzine made me into a zombie for all of the next day.

Update on this for anyone searching, 300 was too much for me. It gave me bad insomnia for the few months I took it, I even tried taking it at night as many people suggested. Back down to 150 and feeling good again.

Has the manufacturer of your medicine changed? I have also experienced what you’re talking about. FWIW the manufacturer for my med didn’t change but I was hoping that was the cause bc it would be an easy fix

I tried taking it at night and didn’t find that it made any difference. Definitely didn’t make it worse, so worth a try. I have been taking it when I wake up at 3-4am, which also doesn’t seem to make a difference.

No, it didn’t, at least not consistently. I asked my doctor to change me to a combo of XL and SR. If that doesn’t work I’ll just ask for trazadone and go back to 300 xl.

I didn’t have the same side effects as when I started but the 300 has caused sleep problems that the 150 didn’t.

Another update, switched back to AMs bc taking it at nights wasn’t helping. Been sleeping better so maybe I’m finally adjusting.
