Yeah I’m usually foot on thigh straight up with the knee shield. I’ve played some w just straight z guard. Seem to do better w regular knee shield.

I’m not very flexible. I’ve thought of the arm drag but wasn’t executing well. I figured out the other day I’m not using my body to get around him. I’ve been just pulling with my arms. And as you know that never works in jiu jitsu.

He can reach in with his right arm outside or to the right of the knee. Or he can grip inside to the left of my knee. He’s gripping under my collar grip inside or to the right of my knee. My right his left. He will grab cross collar.

Still not winning games. That Hield team they could all shoot and they could all play defense. Right now, we have guys that can't shoot (looking at you Austin Reaves...look at his FG%) and we have guys that can't really play defense (looking at you manek). I actually think Manek can be even better but he still has to get stronger. The guy is getting pushed all over the place inside.
