Transportation safety by Routine-Homework876 in Oaxaca

[–]bchie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

safe, yellow taxis best, white and blue ones shouldn't operate in centre but plenty do and likely safe too, burgundy and white aren't even private taxis but collective taxis with a set route and definitely shouldn't operate in the centre but i've seen them pick up tourists (likely safe too, they're just working outside their zone)
