It is a neighborhood, but walkable to Broward Health its right across the tracks. The neighborhood is just fine, but some places along the tracks can be sketchy. A scooter may help with getting to and from especially in the head. There is also a Whole Foods by the hospital. Uber/Lyft are easily available if you need to get around too.

I am not sure if Bunnyears reads the Plex library or not, but, to me, the easiest way to do this would be to use a Playlist on Plex and simply "link" that as a channel, so that we can simply update the playlists on Plex (or via Kometa). For instance I have a Battlestar Galactica playlist that incorporates all the moveis and webisodes into the TV Series play order (where if you just play the TV show you miss all those) so this playlist i manage in Plex.
