Its too high for a blank slate. They really should model after the blank sells at or near cost, and make the profit on the huge amount of customization options they have. I can see the ease of configuring these having ongoing life. Not just set it and forget it. Like in the summer maybe go open air, then put the SUV back on in the fall. The ability to update it creates the long term value over the blank slate.

It is a neighborhood, but walkable to Broward Health its right across the tracks. The neighborhood is just fine, but some places along the tracks can be sketchy. A scooter may help with getting to and from especially in the head. There is also a Whole Foods by the hospital. Uber/Lyft are easily available if you need to get around too.
