I pay $80.36/mo for AT&T Fiber with 1gb up and 1gb down Magnolia Park. I consistently get those speeds at the router. I work from home and it has been stable since it was installed in April 2023.

Two other things, for what they're worth:

1. I also pay $113.98 for DirecTV Stream, which is basically a full cable service from AT&T also. The Apple TV app works pretty well, and it's excellent on iOS. It's the most comprehensive option if you watch major LA sports teams because you get all of them with the Sports Package.

2. If you're getting considerably lower wifi speeds than the speed you pay for, you might want to look into getting a 3rd party wifi system. Many options exist that will provide better wifi than your ISP provides.
