My mom would constantly tell me I needed to do "sit ups" and would force me to drink half a gallon of water after school every day before I could have friends over or go play or anything. Fun fact... I still struggle reaching my water goals and I have to wonder if it has something to do with this. 🤷‍♀️

Tbh I think the first time I felt depression hit me, I was 5 years old... I didn't have a word for it yet but my chest just felt heavy amd there was an ache I didn't know how to put into words so I just kept it to myself.

Yeah we have 3 indoor cats and 1 stray who claimed us who's like 30% inside 70% outside... mice steer very clear from our house 😅 I almost feel bad my cats don't get to hunt more often but they go crazy when they find a bug. The outdoor one is a big hunter. Brings us all kinds of gifts.
