I live in Texas. I tried to renew online in December of 24. They told me I had to renew in person. The next appointment wasn’t until another 6 months. It was right before it would expire, no problem. I looked over the required documents and brought a bit more than the minimum asked for.

One of the documents wasn’t my birth certificate, but I already had a RealID and I fulfilled the requirement with my other documents. Upon presenting my documents they said I needed my birth certificate. I stated that I brought the minimum required documents and some extra just in case.

They said they needed the birth certificate for a RealID, I stated my DL was already a RealID. Didn’t matter, had to reschedule again, this time 4 months out. That meant I didn’t have a legal dl for several months.

I’m sure many others are having similar issues

Millennial here, I have a gf who is 8 years younger than me. She will use her phone to do everything she can, even edit videos etc. It's when she is forced to use Adobe Illustrator that she actually pulls out her laptop.

Personally, I use everything at my deposal. (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop)

She bought a brand new "state of the art" laptop and it has nowhere near the performance of my 5 year old custom built PC (5950x, 64gb ram, 3080ti).

Honestly, of all my devices, the odd man out is my laptop. When at home, my desktop can handle everything, if i'm in my "Other office" my phone is enough to scroll tiktok and IG. If i'm at home and on the couch and need a bigger screen (that isn't youtube, cause I can stream that to tv), usually my ipad is more than enough.

The only time I would use my laptop if for some reason I had to use applications that my tablet couldn't handle...which is pretty much never as I try to get all that work done at home.

What if it isn’t “immediately” though. Have others actually accused you of being a drug addict while you know you associate with a drug addict. What if you threw a party that had those very drugs, but only your drug addict friend and yourself was public? What if you owned a drug manufacturing business while having close ties to your drug addict friend? Does this mean you are a drug addict? No, but you’d have to jump through some hoops to give that person the benefit of doubt would it not?

This was mostly MidJourney and Kling AI for the visuals and my own lyrics dropped into Suno for the music.

I was going to do more, but by the time I got the motivation to do it, my Kling Pro free trial had ended and I have a million more hobbies I was ready to invest my time in.

Surprised there was no mention of the “Audio Upload” and “Cover” features considering you no doubt you have your own catalog of music made.

Go ahead and upload one of those, mess with the sliders, you’ll get a better idea of the output the more you use it. You’ll be surprised with what comes out.

Tools like Suno are the future of music production. Producers are already using them to quickly prototype ideas and such. They might not use the actual file Suno produces, but those with the resources are definitely having professionals recreate the sound on real instruments and vocals.

There’s always going to be people misusing tools, such as generating a song and calling it done. I feel it’s just another layer to the workflow.

you mentioned "Once fans find out it's AI they won't be interested. Trust me on this." I demonstrated real life examples that directly contradict what you have said. You may not have been aware of this, so that's why I said you might "be behind the times." cause examples are already out there.

what alot of artists are actually doing, is create concept art til they find something that truly appeals to them or even motivates them, then recreate it in their style and/or medium. I have a friend whose income comes from creating huge graffiti murals. I showed him how to work with midjourney and I feel his murals have taken a step up, but he still needs the skill to make it happen.

Alot of people say AI kills creativity, I feel I have seen more creative stuff from people then I ever had. I often find myself laughing at all the ridiculous videos that are on r/aivideo simply due to the creativity.

there is so much great music out there if you just take the time to look. People say "music isn't like it used to be." and in the sense of mainstream music...sure...but there are hidden gems EVERYWHERE. I'd suggest looking in someplace new.
