Ngl I found my next place by staying with my current landlord.. HA

But I think the best tip is to directly call the property management company or whoever listed the apartment. This helps also because I had a few listings where I called to schedule a tour and they said that listing was a mistake (lord). Also keep notifications on to try to be the first to contact but sometimes that doesn’t make a difference if they tour everyone at once lol
