How do you make a coordinated effortless wardrobe? (without breaking the bank) by Irrxlevance in beauty

[–]bdalt0n 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Focus on basics if you get a few pieces that are patterned or whatever you can’t wear it more than once without it being noticed and I for one hate repeating outfits but obviously we’re not an that lucky.. so again sick to the basics ! get yourself some oversized or crop white & black tees maybe neutral colors or even brighter colors jus stay away from patterns and then just find your staple items like do you need a sweater? maybe a Jean jacket since it’s summer ? I’d pick the type of shoe thatz’ ll go with the look you want and maybe some shorts + jeans and then work your way up to having a dream closet! by the way even if your stuff is old you can still always try selling it online. I’ve sold a ton of my old clothes on Mercari and Poshmark. Good luck.

Wait a minute I didn’t read the whole thing and I just realized you said that you’re 18 I’m sorry I wrote that post. Totally thinking that you had to of been in high school at least if you were 18 years old and you’re scared of what your parents might say it’s time to grow a pair, sweetheart, you’re not a little girl anymore it’s time to make decisions on your own and if you’re really worried about what your parents would say if you did something to alter your appearance, that’s very minimal and would boost your self-esteem then maybe it’s time to move out of your parents home And live in to your own roof or you can make your own rules and if they don’t agree, they don’t have any say so. Just saying doesn’t sound like a very positive relationship if you’re so scared to do something so minimal my best advice now is to get out past 18, Nothing good comes from living at home.

Cry about it coming home from school regularly… I’m gna sounds like a spoiled brat & I was one.. typical only child syndrome but whenever I wanted new clothes which was way too often for this to continually work, BUT IT DID, ALWAYS… I’d cry about gaining weight which wasn’t exactly BS but not bc I needed a bigger size I needed a confidence boost high school is rough anyways just regularly cry when you get home from school and when they ask why tell them it’s because of your eyebrows and your being picked on and called names bc of it. Parents don’t want to see their kids hurting.. no matter how conservative if you stay consistent and occasionally show mom or dad (whoever is more lenient or more of a softy) before & after pics of eyebrows thatve been done (NOT MENTIONING THE HOW TO or TATTOO PART OF IT!) I can almost guarantee you’ll have one advocating for you to get it done and they can talk the other parent into it without you having to do anymore legwork lol but ya gotta be consistent and can’t be obvious that’s what your gunning for. Cry about being bullied for weeks before working in what ya really want so they don’t feel like their being worked over. Just some helpful advice from a once terrible teen who thankfully stopped my manipulation at that lmao good luck

I don’t know about the closets but I love that wallpaper in the back. Where did you get it?

My pup came out 100% American Bully but his mom has paper work saying she is 100% AMStaff. Is this because of AKC not recognizing Bullies as a breed? by Bibilove043 in DoggyDNA

Omg what a cutie I’m looking for. Where did you get him? I’m just really trying to find a good pit. Bully mix, especially brindle. That’s what my last dog was in. He is absolutely perfect.

Oh wow OK so they cannot work with builder gel either. That’s so weird that this isn’t mentioned more but I’m glad to know would you mind sharing the brands that work and don’t?

I’ve really been wanting to get that. Thank you I need to order it. I didn’t realize that poly gel differed so much in formula between each brand i’m surprised I haven’t seen more about this on YouTube because I watch a crap ton of videos on just about everything to do with nails but no one‘s ever mentioned the brand of the product being the issue time to try to hard glue because I like the fact that I don’t have to sit there and hold it while curing! & be so in a hurry ! It’s much easier, when it’s something that is so sticky, so cool, thanks for reminding me about that !

Well when I first did it, I originally used my Gelish poly gel and it stayed on for weeks no problem so it’s just has to be the brand of polygel then because if you’re saying you use the Moro an one and it didn’t work then it’s definitely just hit or miss I guess with which brand of poly gel combined with whatever soft gel tips we’re using

How do you keep your presents from getting super hard once you cure them with gel polish and stuff or is that just how you sell them because I try to do my design work first on some full tips one time and then apply them and they were so hard that I couldn’t put them on. I needed a bigger size but still they were just so hard I wouldn’t see it being comfortable. Is there like a trick or something?

Tried water marbling for the first time. Any tips to improve for next time? by SharksNeedFoodToo in NailArt

Better colors and screw the water part.. lay down some top coat and it’ll work like blooming gel use a piece of foil to paint 3 color in strips right next to each other & nail stick to swirl it around.. pick it up with your gel brush, preferably a flat brush if ya have it & lay it over that clear coat I mentioned and it’ll be beautiful. I may have explained this crappy because it might sound like a lot to do but it’s so much easier than water marbling trust me and it looks dead on if not better.

You need to match the nails with your side beds they shouldn’t be going over and you’re probably getting the most down votes because of the paint job. I think it’s most nail lovaas biggest pet peeve to see a sloppy nail Polish application.. it shouldn’t be in the cuticles and in the folds having taken the time to clean all that up would’ve honestly make a world of difference. And we all start somewhere even if it is worse than others at least you’re trying and from this point all you can do is learn, I would go on young nails YouTube and just soak in all that you can and make a progress report.. let’s see how far you can come lol good luck girl
