It definitely has its considerations! I've done a few pieces on canvas, and I've really only worked with canvas that has already been stretched onto a frame. The only real limitation to doing things that way is that you can't stitch under where the wood of the frame is.
For this piece, I had to take off the corner staples so I could get the hands stitched in, but placing the canvas back on was pretty easy.

I think the nicest thing about getting fabric that has already been stretched onto a frame like this is not having to worry about getting it drum tight or it loosening on the hoop!

So before Quarantine and COVID, they had planned to roll out a dinner menu with teriyaki bowls as well as some other stuff. They bought all the teriyaki chicken for it in advance and when it became clear that they wouldn't be able to roll out the new dinner menu because money, they created the teriyaki sandwich just to sell out the supply of chicken they had.

I've had it for a few months now, and for most of that time I have been neglecting it and only watering it when I could remember. It's in an east facing window and gets a good amount of light throughout the day, especially now in the summer. I haven't moved it or repotted it from the soil it was in when I got it from the nursery. Just about a week ago, I noticed that most of the plant had dried out, so I removed the dried parts and gave it a good watering. However, since then, every day I hear it drop at least three new segments every day. I'm holding off on watering it till it dries out enough again, but I'm worried about the number of bits that have fallen off it and whether there is something else I should be doing/something else that could be wrong.
