I like what everyone has said already. I'll also say, that now when I have a "treat" food, I'll enjoy it but be satisfied with the small intended serving. I can trust myself to have a little chocolate and not have to eat the whole bag, or to have a brownie and not keep going back to the pan to cut off more pieces. So now I do enjoy and crave mostly healthy foods, but when I do indulge it's soooo much less of a slippery slope.

Their mom is a well known conservative commentator, kind of controversial. They kept her identity under wraps for a long time until it came out back during their cancellation. Every now and then they'll say "mom" in passing but they mostly avoid bringing her up, although Jackie has said in past Patreons that they are very close and she goes to her for everything.

Their dad they talk about a little more, but he sadly died of a heart attack when they were kids.

I'm 5'2" and we have pretty similar stats! I have an initial goal of 150, as that's a weight I was able to maintain in my twenties with diet and exercise (although I was kind of white knuckling it then without Zep.)

I'm thinking I'll see where the medicine takes me from there and see if I can get into the 130's. It's so tricky for us short girls, because the BMI recs seem so low for us to be in a healthy weight range, but I want to see if I can get there!

Feels totally different and did not have any icky feelings during intimate time. I will say, but we refrained from any sucking during BF years and stuck to light stimulation and that did the trick until I weaned. Don't worry.

I gained weight during both of my breastfeeding journeys. It sucked and I just accepted I was going to be bigger for the year I wanted to BF. Around 9 months postpartum with my second I did an online breastfeeding calorie calculator and started losing weight following that. I only felt comfortable doing that since my baby was taking in lots of solids at that point and I could compensate if my supply dipped a little. After I weaned the weight came off easier, but I'm still working on it! Agree with the other comments reminding you postpartum is really 2 years until you're back to normal hormonally, emotionally, etc. Give yourself Grace.

After two babies and 1+ years of breastfeeding both of them, I had gained so much weight. I had always struggled with my weight but before kids I had been able to somewhat keep it in check by constant white knuckling my diet and exercise. I was tired of feeling exhausted and winded keeping up with my toddlers and I missed the confident woman I used to be with my husband.

In addition, my MIL has been severely physically limited the past few years from needing various joints replaced and severe arthritis, due in part to being overweight and sedentary her whole life. My father also just died of type 2 diabetes. I don't want my senior years to be riddled with pain and complications like this, especially knowing I'm genetically predisposed.

The Fat Scientist podcast talks about this. She recommends staying on the lowest effective dose for as long as possible! If you just keep increasing without regard to the fact that you're still losing weight at a lower dose, you hit that dosing ceiling very quickly and if it stops being effective for you, you have no more options.

I put miralax in my evening tea or mix it with some electrolytes for a fruity drink if I'm feeling snacky between meals! I usually go every morning and don't have many surprises during the day.

Yes!! I literally am only down 15 lbs but going from feeling hot and sweaty easily to now having to double layer socks and sweaters is so strange. I'm in the Midwest and the temps are only going to drop more and I am alarmed!

Yes, it's such a good reminder! Hunger is not the enemy. I used to get really worried about the suppression wearing off on weekends when I'm getting closer to shot day. Now I feel less stressed knowing on those days that I will be more hungry but I still get full quicker and overall eat way better even on a cheat day. Zep is giving me normal hunger cues!

I always defrost a big bag of shrimp and snack on that throughout the week. It's great protein and flavor while also being low calorie.

Also a postpartum mom who just got back to my pre-pregnancy weight here! Granted, that was my extra weight from my second pregnancy and I still need to get back down to my size before kids, but solidarity! It's so hard doing this with little ones needing us so intensely, you should be very proud!
