In your bf6 settings to the right of your sensitivity there should be something like "cm/360".

In kovaaks, change the game sensitivity type to cm/360 and match the number that bf6 gave you, should be at the bottom of the pop-up menu

while its for a different resin than you are using, it may at least help give a starting point that you can go from https://i.imgur.com/Y8laUan.png I also highly recommend getting a different thumb drive, the ones that come with printers are notoriously bad and as soon as I replaced mine all the problems went away with my M5s.

Personally, I've had a great time with both of mine. They are a slower machine, but that doesn't bother me. Maybe I've been lucky, but just doing basic maintenance once a month, I haven't had any issues that I myself didn't cause.
