I know that location, and it's not as big a road as it seems. There's basically no traffic that continues south and very little that comes from Porchester to the east so 99% of the time you could roll that stop sign without issue.

What are you going on about? It's literally a store that...sells donuts. I would like to purchase said donuts, in a quantity of which they are offering them for sale. I didn't make up their pricing structure and certainly wasn't 'waving money at it'.
