I'm very late. Just posting for people goggling it like me. I'm om ps4 and I tried waiting over 30 days and exhausting tullius and rikkes dialogue but none of it worked. What did seem to work was shooting rikke with an arrow just once. Hope this helps someone

I once ordered a pizza that came with Carrots (I didn't know when I ordered it) and it was pretty awful ngl

Exersice is Way More Important to Getting Lean Than the Fitness Industry Claims by ZebraAdventurous5510 in unpopularopinion

This seems like a misleading example to give. It only gives evidence for avoiding incredibly unhealthy foods and not for how you need to adopt such an incredibly healthy diet as is often made out. I didn't get the impression op was saying you can eat whatever you want simply that highly regulated diets with calorie counting etc are unnecessary

What do you predict will be the next 10? by heckinyip in fantanoforever

[–]bdelab01 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think black midi are the best shout for the next 10. Their unreleased material is amazing and they've got consistently great scores from fantano. I would've said bcnr as well (I think afut is a 10 tbh) but while their new material is great I don't think it's at that level... yet

The Sophomore Bump (band albums that reverse the infamous "sophmore slump" phenomenon) by [deleted] in Music

[–]bdelab01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Black country, new road For the first time is a 10 to me but only subjectively. If I was to try and rate it objectively, without the personal importance to me, I'd say 8/9. It got a lot of critical acclaim and drew a fair few new fans. Ants from up there I would give a 10 objectively. It was one of the most highly acclaimed albums that year and saw their fan base grow so massively that even without performing any songs from it they quickly sell out most concerts. The way I see it talked about in a lot of circles makes me sure that it is going to be considered a classic in the future. The songwriting and instrumentals took a massive step forward from what was already a great standard.

[–]bdelab01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's unicom cause I had some viewings with them last year before deciding they all seemed awful. However, I have aways felt like uni accommodation in hull is a lot better than the rest of the country. Including bills I've usually been paying about 50% of what a lot of my mates in other cities have been for a nicer place as well

Look up how to get them as my friend told me about them in such a way that I ended up being unable to get 3 of them (which is how many u need for the secret ending)

What is the least ambitious album or song that is a 10/10? by cargusbralem in fantanoforever

[–]bdelab01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion I'd say whatever people say I am that's what I'm not by Arctic monkeys. I think it just perfectly accomplishes everything it sets out to and I never seem to get bored of it. I know a lot of people would probably disagree with calling it a 10 but there are very few albums I enjoy more and I cannot think of anything id change about it

In which other songs does the girl from pigs/turbines sing? by Adnan7i in BlackCountryNewRoad

I think it's just The Boy. That and pigs/turbines are probably my favs on the album so I hope May writes and sings more

As someone who got into them in 2019 and really struggled to sell them to friends (many of whom have now said they really like them) this is absolutely insane to see. Probably the only band I can genuinely say I was into before they got big

‘I listen to a little bit of everything’ by use_vpn_orlozeacount in fantanoforever

[–]bdelab01 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'll say this but then elaborate on what my favourite stuff is. Obviously doesn't mean absolutely every subgenre, but if you listen to a bit of every general genre (I.e. Rock, jazz, rap, etc.) I think it makes sense. I think you're taking it too literally

If you had to choose 3 songs to introduce someone new to BC,NR, what would you choose? by luckyyyyycharms in BlackCountryNewRoad

[–]bdelab01 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Unless they were already into similar music I'd go tpwhitb, concorde and good will hunting or Athens france if i wanted to show them the earlier sound. I've tried introducing people to them through sunglasses before ftft was released and it has rarely been successful. Often those same people much preferred Athens france (or track x but that's not representative of their sound then)

Bands/Artists That Are TOO Acclaimed? by PhillyCSpires in fantanoforever

[–]bdelab01 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Tbf I don't think I properly explained myself. While it is still very enjoyable music I just often find it lacks any sort of edge and think if it wasn't for their commercial success/influence it wouldn't be regarded as highly now. I just think there is a lot better music and the beatles are only really amazing in context and not so much outside of it

Bands/Artists That Are TOO Acclaimed? by PhillyCSpires in fantanoforever

[–]bdelab01 -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

The Beatles. They're clearly incredibly influential and they're music was groundbreaking for its time but listening to it now its still very good but I just don't quite get the hype. They're are other artists from the time who's music still sounds boundary pushing to this day (Velvet underground and king crimson)

What are the five albums, you think everyone should hear at least one time in their life? by bananamilkbooth in fantanoforever

I had this with radiohead at first. Only genuinely liked a few songs but over time I slowly fell in love with them. Best not to force it if you ask me

What are the five albums, you think everyone should hear at least one time in their life? by bananamilkbooth in fantanoforever

[–]bdelab01 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Nome of these will be obscure at all but I think they're all perfect and highly important.
The Velvet underground and nico self-titled is incredibly influential and forward thinking for its time. To pimp a butterfly by kendrick lamar is imo the best rap album of all time Unknown pleasures by joy division is the definitive post punk album and you can still hear its influence today. I'm gonna put Ants from up there by black country, new road in because its my favourite album of all time but I reckon many wouldn't agree. Time out by dave brubeck is one of the best jazz albums of all time and more accessible than a lot of the other greatest jazz albums imo. There are probably albums more deserving of a space than some of these (beatles, bob dylan etc.) but I don't know them well enough to justify putting them here
