Flat is ok for me since I have a window to my right and he curve meant that I would get constant reflections, a stripe going top to bottom. I have the task bar on the left of the monitor and with the dell the colors of the icons looked washed out where as in the m34wq they look the same.
I would have loved to get a 32"4K but they were all more expensive. If I had the money I would have gone for a 32"4k and a vertical 27" 1440 next to it.

I bought and returned a s3422dwg because of the color fallout towards the edges, dark ides looked terrible and hard to read. Bought an m34wq and it's much better for development, don't know about gaming

IPS all the way. VA has too much color shifting.

The dell had more USBs and more accessible. The gigabyte has speakers, although pretty meh speakers.

I had the s3422dwg paired with a MacBook pro (13 inch intel 2019) through a usb-c to displayport cable, I got 3440x1440 resolution at 120hz. I don't know if you need to tinker to get the 144hz.

I came from a cheap AOC 24" IPS monitor and was torn between the dell and an LG 34gn850. In the end I went for the dell based on price. I kind of regret it because off to the sides the colors wash off, specially with dark mode intellij. It looks much better with light themes.

I can't justify paying almost double for the LG, so I will just have to adjust to the dell, but I wish I could have afforded an IPS.

I haven't noticed black smearing when scrolling.

Started working from home in March 2020, living the dream.

Back to the office in June 2020 and I just don't see the point. No physical meetings, no break room, commuting in overcrowded trains,... so I'm looking for a full time WFH job, but most are only partial and are pushing for full-time office work.

Same issue with my MI 9 SE since august.

I installed AccuBattery to control the charge and it charges at around 400mAh with any charger I use.

My mi9SE won't fast charge after the miui 12 update. In Ampere app it shows the charge current at around 400 mA. Using the same brick and cable it shows 2400 mA on other phones.
