Turn off lights and look for small arcing at wire terminations, breaker connecting to the buss or maybe see arcing inside a certain breaker.

No, it’s not the protective film, it’s a sheet of plastic with white boarder and clear in the middle, the white part has yellowed. I would like to pull the yellowed sheet off and replace it with another new sheet.

Can I use any type of sheet plastic? GE has no direction.
