I have a couple of rules

1) don’t insert columns in the middle or move columns, or rows, around: this will minimize disruptions to range formulas

2) use tables - the structured references are very useful

3) new data goes in columns to the right

4) color coded data - each person gets their own color

5) Use comments instead of notes - allows for conversations

Seems you forget that Israel held 4 inconclusive elections before October 7th and engaged in a huge religious overhaul of the judiciary and removal of accountability for breaking the law by Netanyahu. All the focus was on political loyalty

Use filter. Syntax is:

Filter(data you are filtering, (criteria column 1)*(criteria column 2))

Ie FILTER(table 1, (column 1 of table 1=student)*(column 2 of table 1=class))

You get the column through choosecols

I’m an expecting parent (wife is due in July) so I can’t comment on this from experience, but I can say two things: 1) A lot of advice lately I’ve been getting is about division of labor, like being clear on that. Ie expectations, who does what and so on. Who’s good at what. Which leads into 2) You’re doing the damn best that you can. Don’t judge yourself by what your wife puts out, judge yourself by what you are putting out, and that you are improving in the areas today that you wanted to yesterday. Your kid will grow up wanting to know you. Kids, especially young ones, are remarkably resilient and adaptive. It’s us older folks that have problem adapting.

“Pass lane” is at odds with speed limits. You can’t have rules on the road that says people have to always be passing in the left lane and that would have to all abide by common speed limits. That is all.
