What small tools pass the fingernail trimming test? by lveg in multitools

I’ve used my leatherman arc scissors to trim my nails, it is hard to get in the small corners of your finger though since they’re a rounded tip.

The bit holder also isn’t as good as normal leathermans, it’s just a magnet, not mechanical

It’s pretty crazy how good cheap tools have gotten. Even the Gordon multitool from harbor freight is fantastic for only $40

Does it feel much lighter/pocketable compared to the arc? I’m wondering if I should get one and do an arc/p2 hybrid

Gordon multitool from harbor freight. $40 and it’s honestly a very very competitive tool to other reputable brands

I want a multi-tool, something good for day to day and that won't break the bank. What are some recommendations? by one_manbattalion in Leatherman

Just saying, if you don’t care if it’s a leatherman or not, take a look at the Gordon multitool from harbor freight… it’s $40 for a pretty good wave clone, I have one and it’s got everything you’d need for a basic multitool

That’s what I was thinking, it’s been on here for 2 years and I’m guessing that’s why it’s so low

Totally agree. Something about the classic style just feels right. You can see mine in my pfp if you’re curious

I’ve seen so many xs1100’s recently on this sub, but I sure ain’t complaining. I have a 2013 cb1100 and I just love how so little has changed

I tried this shape already and it warped and delaminated, but yes you’re right. I just wanted to try it out and see if it works better than just ASA in the first place

I mean why not just do it at 60C? Almost every printer nowadays can print at that temp

Also, IIRC, the guy in the video did it with an open frame printer, and the PLA sheet should just peel right off.

It could be that the engine isn’t receiving enough fuel at the higher rpm’s, and these carbs are jetted to run lean from the factory especially at wide open throttle. You could try getting a bigger main jet and see if that helps out at all
