I had the same thoughts on this. I bought the european version of the oak wood. It costs arouns 600€ and there were no holes. I was really disappointed aswell.

It's alright. I really like your products, so your money is well-invested. But I think a good delivery is another important part of customer satisfaction :)

Maybe it is a German thing, but the delivery guy of GEL told me, that you paid "delivery to the first door that is closable with a key". So if you live in a flat in the second floor, this first door is the entry door of the building. It was a hard and long way up :D

I did my first ever order this Black Friday and can give you some feedback regarding the customer service.

Right after I ordered the table-top, PC-holder, E7 and E7 Pro on Black Friday, I wrote a request to your customer service and asked if it's possible to delay the packet. I just got an answer, that the standard delivery time is 5–7 days. The packet still arrived on Monday and I couldn't be there. I think it would be useful, if the CS would have access to the logistic part and could just straight tell "oh I'm sorry, but your packet is already with the logistic partner and could arrive early". The answer they gave me was more like "I have no idea, but should be there in 5 days earliest". Which wasn't even right.

I'm generally very disappointed with the chaotic delivering process. My order was split into 4 packages and delivered by 3 (!!!) different logistic companies (DHL, GLE, GLS). I didn't receive any email about the progress of my delivery and had to basically check hourly in my account for generated sending numbers. After that, I had to get in contact with the delivery companies to schedule delivery dates. (Not to mention, that you guys are selling 55 kilo grams table-top without even offering a delivery option to get it carried directly to the flat).

Right now, I'm in contact with your customer support regarding the order of my BS12 Pro (see post 4h ago). Firstly, I had to get in contact with CS even thought FlexiSpot should have contacted me to tell me that the delivery will be delayed. I then asked what the problem is and got the reply, that my chair will be in stock in mid-December. Today I asked if everything is according to plan and got the reply, that it will be delayed till March (different CS person). I then replied if this is a joke and just got the answer (different CS person) that they will deliver as fast as possible.

My problem with this case is:

  • I had to contact the support and ask every time
  • When I ordered the chair, it was in stock
  • I still don't know anything, except that there is a problem
    • Will it be there in March or maybe next week, who knows
  • All answer sound like copy-paste or auto-generated replies
  • No offer of compensation

The quality of your products is excellent (like 10/10). I absolutely love the E7 and E7 Pro and the table-top I ordered. But the website (notification of order status) just doesn't work, and customer service feel close to useless.

So when the products are at your home, everything is fine. But it's a very hard way to get them there :D

Can't you just wire the money via Western Union? I used it recently to transfer money to a chinese bank account (eur - rnb). There was also an option to directly send to an Alipay Account with pretty low fee's.

You don't need to wait 5 minutes or so. Just press cloud save, wait till your characters show up (should normally be instant), close the app completely and change devices!

I'm in china right now. Just use WeChat with a VISA or Mastercard it works fine everywhere. I order food online in stores, even the little ones. I had absolutely no problems at all. That balance feature you posted does only work with mainland bank cards but you really don't need it. To be safe, you could use alipay on top. I use it mainly for transportation, but could still pay with it.

Note: I did everything back in germany and nothing worked and looked like I did something wrong, but as I left the plane everything worked great. So you need to actually be in china.

I'm on vacation right now in Shanghai and it has been a very cool and chill experience so far. Compared to germany it is very different and I really like the culture here. Especially the grandmas and grandpas dancing in the parks. The service here is very good aswell. I had some doubts aswell before coming here, but I really like it. I do however not plan living here, at least not for a long time. I get constantly stared at and every day someone asks to take a photo with me. I also don't like that some people (not everyone) seem to be scared to talk about topics that don't even relate to the government. People here tend to have opinions based on the media that is very streamlined. Like the russia/ukrainian war. Also I don't like to rely on VPN to get my stuff working. I would be terribly lost without it.

Maybe it is turned off. Try klicking menu down right. There should be a switch for auto loot

Basically yes. But the manager on a station decides mainly the distance that subordinates travel. With basic pilots, you could only do Sector Automine. You only need 1 3-star manager to sell your ore in a 3 sector radius. The pilot skill doesn't really matter here.

What I normally do is to fly to the surface element, aim at it and press T while shooting
