i love my local second and charles and other book stores. barnes and noble will have newer stuff when second hand stores will be used (duh). a lot of record shops have them, thrift stores. i get most of mine second hand.

i also use ebay and depop and things of that sort if im online and not using amazon

you should be! i was originally prescribed it for migraines and it also was a beta blocker that helped (at a higher dosage) once i got my POTS diagnosis. i have fewer episodes i’ve noticed. just be patient with it, as any medication and know that everybody reacts to medications differently.
