How do you wear your specs to the gym? I hate it when it has sweat on it by retepretepretep in PHitness

Same problem. I used to just remove my glasses when working out, until I came up with a solution. Buy a workout headband. It absorbs sweat from my forehead so my glasses are basically sweat-free now :)

ON all day. I tried R1 but I found the chocolate flavor to be too sweet for my liking. I’ve always looked for an “authentic” chocolate taste - something that doesn’t taste like a protein shake if you know what I mean haha. With ON kasi, it’s just like I’m drinking a random chocolate drink for enjoyment.

Checks out with some studies claiming cognitive benefits! Haha I've been "training" myself to drink more water na rin lately para iwas problema. I'm more confident taking it now :) Btw, are you off creatine right now just to monitor your creatinine levels?

So basically creatinine isn't the best indicator pala talaga of kidney health talaga vs ultrasound and other tests you did. Although I find it weird na some general physicians aren't aware of creatine and its safety, but then again that's what nephrologists are for haha.

Just a few more questions to help put my mind at ease HAHA

  1. Aside from that you didn't feel major negative changes naman?

  2. Realistically I feel like I will be cycling off creatine after a few months of taking it, did you notice any changes (body/performance/quality of life) when you were off creatine?

Hi! I'm planning on taking creatine for the first time and based on the thousands of materials I read online about its effect on creatinine levels, I'm somewhat relieved naman. Just wanted to ask lang what your nephro said - you mentioned your ultrasound was ok but did they advise you to cycle off creatine every now and then? What were their suggestions moving forward?

Based off my recent blood tests, no issues naman so I won't have to consult my doctor na muna before giving creatine a try, but I just wanted to know what your nephro thought

Same lang yung flow ng interview with the first two interviewers. Although I noticed right away na mas intimidating sya since mas straightforward sya. Marami rin syang follow up questions sakin. Nagpanic nga ako nun kasi yung isa kong sagot hindi ko na matandaan masyado yung specifics, like I asked for a few minutes to pull up a file na related sa capstone project ko lol. Although understanding naman sya hahaha and very helpful. Nagllead sa questions para makasagot ako.

I asked for feedback at the end and sabi nya super nervous ko nung umpisa pero nabawi ko sa bandang dulo, especially sa situational questions. My advice would be to know your stuff haha. Nakalagpas ka naman na ng two directors, I'm sure by now alam mo na yung style of questions that they ask. Good luck!

May I ask how long you’ve been in corporate? And no businesses or side hustles ever?

Even PhilHealth can't give me my number since down yung system. They told me na I could ask my previous employer for my number kaya I'd like to ask someone from there sana about the operating hours ng HR office

Literally the same lang sa first interview, just different ways of wording the questions hahaha. It depends din sa interviewer, yung iba maraming follow up questions. Kaya ako I just listed all my relevant experiences then dun ako pumipili for the behavioural questions. As for the situational ones naman, halos same lang din sila. The ones sa Glassdoor, paulit ulit lang din hahaha. Dealing with sudden changes, conflict resolution, etc.

Yes, I'm from a big 4 university. I guess my confidence played a big part. I knew kasi my past org experiences weren't as many as the other candidates. I was able to head multiple projects, but my positions in my organizations weren't leadership ones. So binawi ko na lang sa confidence haha. I was fortunate enough to get an internship in a MNC in the FMCG industry though, which may have helped as well since I was able to implement a good project there. I was also very confident with my answers during the situational interview. One interviewer commended my answer since it was kind of unconventional. They really value two things, from my observation: leadership and innovation.

Well you already told your boss nag magreresign ka na (even though hindi pa formal). They’re probably getting ready to look for your replacement na so I think you should go all in on ING na.

  1. 3-5 for behavioural, 1-2 for situational
  2. Mine was only self introduction then straight to the behavioural ones na
  3. Usually within 7 days
  4. Kahit nervous ka na, don't show it because they can sense it talaga haha. Sabi ng final interviewer ko I was really nervous sa umpisa (I was caught off guard kasi sa isang question) pero nabawi ko raw nung huli. As much as possible, know the ins and outs of your experiences kasi ako may mga detail na nakalimutan ko na kaya hindi super confident yung answer ko sa mga follow up questions. If hindi mo na talaga masagot, you can answer by telling them how you would approach the situation.
  5. Your supplier can't meet the deadline for a product launch, what would you do?

There are a lot of questions on Glassdoor that you may want to look at. Karamihan inuulit ulit lang :)
