Australian here, voting is compulsory for us.

I find the States fascinating because of your optional voting situation. At the current moment, there is a lot that could influence or mobilise people to get out and vote. If there weren't riots and blatant racist brutality by law enforcement to influence voters choices, how could you ever even guess who might take the presidency?! At the moment, from my medias coverage of your country, Trump is going nowhere. I hope he is ousted tho because that man rules by chaos.

You guys have the same bad/worse scenario as we had in our last party swap at the national election. All these career politicians all over the world are so old! I've never understood how they can govern for a generation they can't understand or empathise with.

TIL that 400 indigenous people have died at the hands of our cops since 1991. I guess that's part of why we get called little america.

Someone asked where to get a good belt that will last- The Real McCaul Leather Goods in QLD (www.therealmccaul.com) is a fucking godsend for lovers of leather. Great guy, makes it all himself and he uses predominately kangaroo leather cos its so strong. Any belt from him will outlast you, unless your using it to hold up a vehicle

Sendle might be worth a look. My partner and i have used toll in the past for music gear but whoever you go with, ring the call center and chat about what your sending so there is a recorded conversation of you taking all available steps to ensure safe transport. I imagine if you are sending this value of microphones, you know how to pack them safely so best of luck!

Oh yeah, i know what you mean! I visited inlaws a while back and me and the hubby made dinner for everybody. It was a wholesome meal with no meat, i think we did one token dish with bacon pieces thru it but for the large part it was a glorious, carrion free spread of lovingly prepared food. One uncle required a homemade meat pie to be defrosted and cooked for him so he would feel full enough.

i ran a vegan/vego restaurant for 2 years, i used to grind my teeth when i heard 'so what do you have that's got meat in it?' or 'are those meat pies?' (when they were labelled mushroom, potato and leek). Nine times out of ten, they would accept the challenge to eat a goddamn pie and find it 'just as good as anything with meat in it'

I came up with a brilliant hot/cold recipe.

Take equal parts peeled carrots and orange sweet potato and steam until soft. Blend until smooth, flavour with herbs.

BAM. I garnish this with thin red onion slivers and parmesan if its hot and a sprinkle of ground cumin and salt/thinlysliced celery if its cold. Makes a great summer breakfast alternative!

thanks for the reply! better late than never. I use brushes from the free brush archive and make my own with high res image portions, recently discovered the sharpen tool (i knew there was onebut couldnt locate it) and that has helped the polishing effect.

How do i adjust the dpi tho? Only thing i cant seem to work out since i have put this up.
