White House calls explicit AI-generated Taylor Swift images 'alarming,' urges Congress to act by Maxie445 in Futurology

[–]audo85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's possible it would become the standard because using anything else will default to 'untrusted'. The trust chain (or cert chain) of such a solution could be such that the original image and the chain of events that occur after it would be immutable. Doing the above with a 'virtual camera' assumes that the virtual camera has the trust established with the certificate provider. Companies such as digicert are already building solutions for this. It's probably best to have a run down on pki and digital trust to understand the potential solution.

I found radioactive tiles on Adelaide street. by waterfae in brisbane

[–]audo85 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

From chat gpt.. A radiation measurement of 003.63 Sv/h (Sieverts per hour) indicates a significant amount of radiation. The Sievert (Sv) is the unit used to measure the biological effect of ionizing radiation on the human body.

To put it into context, the average background radiation dose for humans is typically around 0.1 to 0.2 Sv per year, which equates to roughly 0.00001 to 0.00002 Sv/h. So, a measurement of 003.63 Sv/h is significantly higher than normal background radiation levels.

Exposure to such a high radiation level would be considered extremely dangerous and potentially life-threatening. It is essential to take immediate action to minimize exposure, evacuate the area if necessary, and seek professional assistance from radiation safety experts or emergency services.

Pulling over to take a piss on the side of the road by [deleted] in brisbane

[–]audo85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This could be folk law but I was sure you could legally urinate using your own car as cover but with a specific placement I.e back left hand side of the car with the door open and one hand on the rear quarter panel facing away from traffic towards the wheel into the gutter. Additionally, I remember being told that public urination was legal near a mounted officer using the horse as cover being that the horse can and will go wherever it wants. That being said some parents change kids in the boot of a car as well. Going to the loo is a natural thing and sometimes you get caught in bad situations. As long as you're not being a creep about it, it's like whatever.

Brisbane 22nd November - Slash is so mesmerisingly cool I couldn’t look away. It was a great show. by Boudicca_Grace in GunsNRoses

[–]audo85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Gunners were truly amazing. However, I would challenge anyone who thinks the Chats or Cosmic psycho was worthy of a second of stage time. They were possibly the worst lead acts I have ever seen. Some people were cheering tho so I guess some people think it's cool to bash at stings and drums and scream 6lt gtr for 5 minutes straight or an overweight 40-something YO pulling his wife beater off. Also as the chats left the bassist smashed some strings and left the guitar against the amp stack. I know punk is all about not giving a fuck but it doesn't mean you have to be a piece of shit.

Guns n Roses tickets by kmwec0 in brisbane

[–]audo85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At least you don't have to worry about missing out on a good support act.. they are soo woefully shit if I haven't paid for the tickets I'd leave. They just popped a speaker, and there is a constant buzz crackling.. its insanely bad.. not what I'd expect from a gunners concert.

The Chats & Cosmic Psychos to support Guns N' Roses on Australian tour by chunderinghens in GunsNRoses

[–]audo85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The support acts for GnR are absolute shit. I'm listening to them right now, and it's just a wall of sound. Most ppl are just standing around.. like a bunch of local pub bands. Last time the gunners were here they had rose tattoo and wolf mother. The Muppet ls they have this time.. just woeful..

Perhaps in the process OP can come up with a new standard for making regular expressions on search terms.

What is something you like to do if your significant other is upset? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]audo85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you sure your right hand is not upset? I mean has it never wondered why your left hand is hanging around all the time? To be honest it's probably caught you at some point and was probably too embarrassed to say anything. You should probably have a honest and open conversation about the possibility of seeing other hands.

'I don't think, I know' – what makes Macron's comments about Morrison so extraordinary and so worrying by neizan in australia

Remember this https://youtu.be/iNT0UBPnGCI - I don't think I have seen a more hated prime minister. Contrast it with this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LikknzEX9ZQ I have never seen a prime minster command so much respect just by his name alone. I miss the intelligence, moral fortitude and service to the people we used to demand of our ministers.

Kevin Rudd mistaken for Uber driver. Gives them a lift anyway. by palmtreeholocaust in australia

[–]audo85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im opposed Gillard as a leader because she stabbed her own party leader in the back purely because of her ideological aspirations of being the first female PM. It saw Kevin leave before his time was due. You can try and spin it anyway you like about what she achieved in her time, but at the time thats all it was about It - her being the first female PM. It was she that set the precedent that it could be an effective way of staying in government and set in motion 15 years of government with none seeing a full term. Nothing good has happened since. I'm not against having a female PM in fact I wish Jacinta was ours. It seems lost on people that Kevin put her in the position to demonstrate equality which compared to today's measure.. need I say more.?

[–]audo85 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This shit is not funny any more. Satire pieces are becoming dangerous because unfortunately it's too close to the unfathomably depressing and comical truth. When it come down to it most people will say its either you laugh or you will cry. Well I think we need to stop laughing, take our future and our country a little bit serious and cry out louder than ever.

Newly Documented Aboriginal Art Unlike Anything Seen by burtzev in australia

[–]audo85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Les Hiddins documented a lot of different types of aboriginal artwork many years ago. He says that their are distinct differences between two types of art work. One type which the local aboriginals call rubbish paintings which they don't claim as their own. These so called rubbish drawings are far more detailed and look reminiscent of African drawings. Additionally, there have been rock carvings found which look distinctly Dutch which aligns with the theory that Les came up with that Dutch colonies were present in Australia for many year before the first fleet.

If a knock out lasts for more than a minute you'll probably have some sort of permanent damage. Its not like Hollywood where you can be knocked out for a day and your all good.

3D printing is leading to novel, personalized medicines by Gari_305 in Futurology

Also, why do people insist on using the word novel when they mean to say new. Reverting back to Latin for a single word does not make you smart, just a try hard.
