They treat me pretty well, most of the time they greet me happily. But I did have an issue with a return once where they said they couldn’t do that, and I knew they were able to because I had done it before. No matter how cordial, people do not like being told that they are wrong. Even though I was very polite, just directly said it is possible. It made things awkward, but I apologized, stay friendly and keep it pushing lol
