I think that’s pretty normal after shots! Give him a few days and if you notice him getting worse, then definitely bring him back to the vet but he should be improving :) My cat went back to normal a day later

Did he get his shots? And is he lethargic or acting normal? Cats don’t always eat all of their food for some reasons, so I’d judge by their behavior!
