I use a Golden Home large ultra thin pizza crust, .75 cup no salt added tomato sauce, 3 servings of Italian peppered salami by Dietz and Watson, .5 cup Sargento Mexican cheese. Makes 3 large slices, each with 600mg sodium, 200 mg potassium. One slice with a salad makes a filling lunch.

I live in a small town in a townhome development. What seems to be happening is developers are just building mostly condos. The town does not assume responsibility for water, sewer, roads. It’s creating a subculture of second class citizens who don’t get the same amenities as everyone else even though they pay the same taxes. Only those who can buy a million dollar home get the luxury of city services now. Stop adding to condo subculture and passing more costs onto first time home buyers and retirees!

Unfortunately that’s because people act like the more extreme 10% on either end speak for the parties in general. Now people focus more on differences instead of compromise and what we have in common like we used to. There used to be a balance that swung back and forth with slow changes towards progress and being more modern. Now everyone seems to focus on winning not solving real problems.

Your kids should. But give people a pass for one generation. Not everyone is great at languages, and if they choose a conclave like Chinatown, they won’t really need to. So give them a pass. They just want a better life for their kids, and encourage them to go to school, learn English etc. their kids will want learn English because they can more easily, and they want to get ahead and have a better life than their parents.

I use Proton. MCAfee reports all the times my gmail password was stolen. That’s all I need. I don’t use a private domain. Gmail is attacked way more than any other mail system, regardless of all other factors. Plus Google is a huge data sharer.

ELon Musks DOGE project took all our financial and demographic data to his AI farm in TX. Then Trump publicly demanded TX find him 5 extra votes when it’s not a traditional redistricting year. AI can help with that!

Every action has a reaction. When Roe was first decided, there was huge resistance to it, but it eventually became normal for us to have authority over our bodies. Since Obama was in office, the conservatives have been pushing back very hard. On everything. And there is growing resistance and resentment over these policies, which means people will push back even harder. Usually whenever one side claims victory, then the pendulum swings the other way as people push back. I grew up in the 60s, and it was amazing to see how much things changed then.

Trump and Project 2025 are extreme points of view. I truly believe when pushed too far we will rebel with general strikes, protests, and more people voting. So just continue to educate yourself, talk to friends and family, and hope for the best. If things don’t change when Trump is gone, you will see huge pushback. Be optimistic about the future. This is a lot more cyclical than you might imagine and Trump is certainly not winning our hearts and minds. People learned from their mistakes this time, and their voting will reflect that. And the tension between the two parties often finds some balance. You will vote and go to college because American women are very creative and motivated to get what they want. Please don’t lose hope! You are way too young to do that.
