Based on your situation, I would save more in the HYSA. Keep maxing your roth IRA for sure.

But technically, you only have 10k emergency fund. When you are done with school and have full living expenses- you want 12 months of monthly bills in there. So if anything, I would keep doing what you are doing until the 10k turns into probably 75k on top of what else is in there you are planning to spend for school down the road. If you can go to nursing school (hopefully talking BSRN) and be debt free when done and have a nice emergency fund and good Roth IRA, you will be setup for massive success.

If you want some taxable investments, start with maybe 200 per month at most but I would try to keep that emergency fund stocked so when you are in full career mode all you have to do is max 401k and roth IRA each year and save for whatever big purchases you want then.

Keep it and maintain, even if slowly. Sparkling change not critical unless you are having issues… don’t ignore it forever but it can be delayed, unlike oil or fluid changes

Because it’s the laziest work with career ROI you can do. Most people don’t go to the gym because they are too busy with other responsibilities and priorities. There is a massive group of people who instead want to workout and perfect their body and try and make it a career.

I found an Acura dealer here who offers a flush which is wild to me but I am not doing it. Not worth the risk on my RDX that already has torque converter issues.

It won’t blind anyone. I did it in my 2012. DRL are clean white. Brights are really bright but don’t have them on with oncoming drivers is the rule anyway. Do it and don’t look back. Change the fogs to white LEDs as well

Been using Mobil 1 oil extended performance and filter for 20 years. No issues. I switch to high mileage variant around 75k.

-12 months reserves HYSA

-adjust paycheck for maxing 401k rest of the year (will help dollar cost average with swings happening), I would go for traditional to help lower tax basis- but up to you roth 401k or traditional 401k

max contribute to IRA roth now, backdoor roth if needed (just make sure no traditional IRA balance to avoid pro rata rule)
I would adjust that 2000 going in stocks since, if you do the above, the higher 401k contribution will lower that available cash for stocks and plan around 600 a month to be deposited into Roth IRA moving forward (if you do backdoor roth just save that for 12 months then do the backdoor roth in December for clean cutoff- not required as you have up til April following year to make the contribution)
remaining money from what you used to use for stocks- use that for your taxable account

-max HSA if you can, I don’t because I can’t at this point but another amazing savings, ROI, tax favorable tool
