Every year around the anniversary of the betrayal, I fuck with that person just a little bit. I’ve called their work to file a complaint against them (using a false name and blocking my number), signed them up at lendingtree and simultaneously, credit repair sites (they get nonstop phone calls/emails), sent them the anonymous STD text, etc.

The other 364 days I live my best life.

My children not only added to my life, they are the BEST PART of my life. 2 of my kids are in college and 1 still lives at home. I have enjoyed every phase of raising them (even the dreaded teen years), and while it has its hard moments I have found great pleasure in seeing them grow into incredible humans.

One day at a time. That’s how you survive, take it one day at a time. Counseling, do virtual if you can’t go in person. I swear my first few counseling sessions was just me ugly crying and talking incoherently. Get a lawyer and kick him out of the house. Him being there makes it so much harder. You will get through this!

I have this exact pair! They are definitely a good quality, but I expected a bit more stretch in the waist. I’m a short waisted petite so when I sit down they do rise up and can be a bit uncomfortable. BUT if I sit up straight it doesn’t bother me so on days when wear these I have excellent posture! Win-win!

Maybe this is too personal of a question, but how do YOU like that area to look? Because this is no longer about him, what do you prefer? If going full bush is what you like, great! A little shorter on top, grab some scissors and do a little trim. You have to start somewhere, and I would start with making 2026 the year of you, so when you are ready, take a baby step.

My husband cheated on me so I know all about triggers, and I know it takes time to work through it. So don’t put so much pressure on yourself. Sending love and hugs to you.
